Refund Policy

New users receive a 14-day free trial. No charge is made until the trial ends. You can cancel before the trial ends and you will not be charged.

You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not provide refunds for the current billing period once it has begun.

For annual plans, we offer a pro-rata refund within 30 days of purchase if you are not satisfied. After 30 days, annual subscriptions are non-refundable.

The Founding Member rate is non-refundable after the 14-day trial period. Once you have been charged at the Founding Member rate, no refunds apply.
