Refund Policy

New users can start free with no credit card required. Upgrade to a paid plan when you need more features.

You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not provide refunds for the current billing period once it has begun.

For annual plans, we offer a pro-rata refund within 30 days of purchase if you are not satisfied. After 30 days, annual subscriptions are non-refundable.

The Founding Member rate is non-refundable once charged. Once you have been charged at the Founding Member rate, no refunds apply.
